Who we are
ELBBL CREW is the student council of the English-Language Bachelor of Law programme at the Royal University of Law and Economics, Phnom Penh.
Run entirely by students, the Crew organises the moot courts, legal-aid outreach, debates and the newsletter — everything that turns a degree into a community. We work across five departments and welcome every ELBBL student, whatever year you’re in.
Our motto guides everything we do: Aim High, Be Kind, Dare to be Different.
