ELBBL CREW is the student council of the English-Language Bachelor of Law.
Run entirely by students at the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh, we organise the moot courts, legal-aid outreach, debates and the newsletter — everything that turns a degree into a community. Aim High, Be Kind, Dare to be Different.
CREW hosts its largest Moot Court yet, with 14 teams arguing before a visiting bench
Second-year advocates took on a constitutional dispute drafted by the Research Department, as alumni judges returned to campus for the season finale.

“The Crew is where a quiet first-year becomes the person who runs the room. We don’t just publish what happened — we make things happen.”
